Beth manages key clients and student relationships alongside managing our ten MCIPS tutors and our study centre team. Adrian is a vastly experienced sales and customer service professional with an extensive multi skilled work set. Adrian’s, work ethic is based on building solid working relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Adrian’s working days are – Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Robson joined the team at 16 as an apprenticeship. 8 years in the making and he is now a Business Development Manager. Robson develops great rapport and relationships with our students and clients and is highly responsive offering a great customer experience. Robson has a great sense of humour appreciated by our team and students.
An experienced Senior CIPS Operations Manager with a strong background in customer relationship management. Olivia has recently joined our CIPS study centre team at age 16 as a CIPS Business Administrator Apprentice. Olivia’s role is to support the operations team on all things student related and to ensure all student data and records are kept up to date.
Chardonnay Meadowcroft has recently joined our CIPS study centre team at age 17 as a CIPS Business Administrator Apprentice. Chardonnay’s role is to support the operations team function on CIPS and to input and accurately record data on student registrations, membership, books, and processing of invoices.
