This course takes a broader and more strategic view of how the procurement function can deliver essential competitive advantage to the organisation in an increasingly competitive marketplace. This is the second level of the professional qualification and requires completion of the CIPS Level 4 Diploma.
Our Advanced Diploma course is delivered by means of Distance Learning and tutor-led virtual and classroom sessions.
The average time to complete is from 10 to 12 months.
What are the CIPS Level 5 entry requirements?
The entry requirement is successful completion of CIPS Level 4 DIploma.
How is CIPS Level 5 assessed?
Your CIPS level 5 Advanced Diploma exams will be computer-based examinations and will be taken at either a CIPS online regional examination centre or by a remote exam at a location of your choice. The 6 credit modules are assessed via a 1.5 hour Objective Response (multiple choice) exam. The 12 credit modules are assessed via 3 hour Constructed Response (written) exams.
A constructed response (CR) requires you to create an essay or case study.
An objective response (OR) is a multiple choice format.

There are 5 Compulsory modules and 3 Elective modules that make up the required 60 credits.
