Please read and agree to the following:
I understand that I need to develop open dialogue and good positive communication lines with my study centre team and tutor and advise them of any challenges or issues in relation to my CIPS training.
I understand that I am expected to attend the whole CIPS programme (classes & exams). Absence from any part of the course could jeopardise my chances of successfully passing my CIPS exams and gaining this very valuable qualification.
I accept that my examinations will be booked for me by Chamber Business Training in alignment with my learning modules and in sequence. It is extremely important to note that within reason we will consider any medical or appropriate personal reasons why you cannot take your examination but this request must be put in writing to Rebecca Marrs CIPS Operations Manager at rebecca@cips.training.
Any cancellations of examinations, must be received prior to the examination deadline, any non-attendance on the day due to any medical reasons will require evidence of that and note that only a partial refund will be given.
I will give my tutor and study centre team notice of and reasons for any absence from my classes and exams.
I understand that if I am absent because of illness or some unavoidable reason, it is my responsibility to make up the work I have missed.
I will arrive promptly to all my course sessions, fully prepared, with my book and printed resources.
I will show respect to my tutor and my peers in class and respect confidentiality at all times.
I understand that I may only record sessions with the prior permission of the tutor, and that this recording may only be used for my own personal academic purpose.
I understand that I need to maintain a professional personal presence at all times, if something worries me or I am concerned about something, I will speak with my tutor or study centre team first.
