Beth leads the strategic development and delivery of our CIPS programmes, overseeing corporate partnerships, student experience, tutor performance, and study centre operations. With overall responsibility for our CIPS provision, she maintains exceptional standards across teaching, support, and client engagement, continually driving improvement and innovation to uphold our centre’s outstanding reputation.

Robson leads our CIPS sales function, managing enquiries and converting opportunities into successful enrolments. He works closely with individuals and organisations to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable learning pathways.

With a strong focus on customer experience and results, Robson plays a key role in driving growth and maintaining long-term client relationships.

An experienced Senior CIPS Operations Manager with a strong background in customer relationship management. A dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable individual, who attention to detail is second to none. Bex always enjoys new challenges and is well respected and liked by our CIPS students and clients.

Mustafa is completing a degree apprenticeship while working alongside Bex in the Operations Team. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, he is gaining valuable hands-on experience in CIPS operations and student support. With a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, Mustafa is quickly becoming a valued member of the team, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient service for both students and clients.
