1. This offer applies to all new enrolments on virtual and face-to-face classroom CIPS courses only.

2. Offer valid for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

3. To qualify for the resit guarantee:

• Learners must attend all scheduled classroom or virtual sessions.
• The guarantee does not cover exam resits missed due to non-attendance at the original exam sitting.
• The guarantee also does not apply to learners who fail an exam due to non-attendance of scheduled classroom sessions.

4. Resits must be taken within 6 months of the original fail result, unless an extension is agreed with the delivery team.

5. Any additional tuition, workshops, or replacement materials required for resits may incur extra charges.
