Christine is extremely passionate about the success of our CIPS students and is also the Vice Chair of the North Lancashire CIPS branch. Christine has a talented, knowledgeable and highly responsive team who are recognised for their brilliance & professionalism & Christine is incredibly proud of their exemplary reputation.

Beth manages key clients and student relationships alongside managing our ten MCIPS tutors and our study centre team. Beth has an outstanding reputation with our students and clients & maintains very high standards of student support. Beth is always looking for continuous improvement in every aspect of our CIPS delivery.

Robson joined the team at 16 as an apprenticeship. 8 years in the making and he is now a Business Development Manager. Robson develops great rapport and relationships with our students and clients and is highly responsive offering a great customer experience. Robson has a great sense of humour appreciated by our team and students.

An experienced Senior CIPS Operations Manager with a strong background in customer relationship management. A dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable individual, who attention to detail is second to none. Bex always enjoys new challenges and is well respected and liked by our CIPS students and clients.

Mustafa is completing a degree apprenticeship while working alongside Bex in the Operations Team. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, he is gaining valuable hands-on experience in CIPS operations and student support. With a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, Mustafa is quickly becoming a valued member of the team, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient service for both students and clients.
