Intake dates are released throughout the year for Classroom and Online Classroom programmes — delivered weekly or fortnightly at each centre. Distance Learning is enrolment-based: you receive access to all materials within 1–2 days of payment.

We do not currently offer apprenticeship funding and do not accept Advanced Learner Loans for our programmes.

The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is the globally recognised professional body for the industry. Achieving a CIPS qualification, leading to the prestigious MCIPS designation, opens doors to roles like Buyer, Category Manager, and Procurement Director, significantly boosting your salary expectations and long-term employability.
You don't always need prior experience. Your entry point depends on your current background:
  • Levels 2 & 3: Perfect for beginners or those in administrative roles
  • Level 4: Designed for professionals, equivalent to first-year undergraduate depth
  • Levels 5 & 6: Advanced and professional management levels for experienced practitioners
You can start your studies at any time. We offer flexible learning options to suit your schedule, including live online classroom sessions and self-study distance learning (available with or without tutor support). Once registered, you can begin learning immediately.
Each level typically takes between 6 to 18 months to complete, depending on your study pace. Assessment is a mix of computer-based multiple-choice (Objective Response) and written work (Constructed Response) exams. Exams run across multiple windows throughout the year, and you can resit if required.
